Andy Simonson

Andy is the owner of Moonstone Terrace, and he started this to fill a void in the property solutions space. Andy is a state-licensed home inspector. He brings a wealth of knowledge building defect-recognition in both residential and small commercial spaces.

Anna Simonson, Ph.D

The support that keeps us running. When not teaching or helping her husband Andy, Anna studies nutrition and performance, specifically, why people (Firefighters in particular) eat and how that affects their daily job performance.
